1. Game Code Purchases
  • All game code sales are final.

  • No refunds are provided once the code and license key have been delivered.

2. Media Player Licenses
  • Media player app licenses are tied to a single device and cannot be transferred or refunded once activated.

  • If activation fails due to a technical error caused by us, we will either replace the license key or issue a refund.

3. Duplicate or Unauthorized Purchases
  • Refunds may be issued in cases of duplicate payments or unauthorized transactions (with proof)..

4. Subscription or Update Services
  • If we fail to deliver updates as promised within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a partial refund.
